To all in the Coachella Valley and beyond:

The Paradise Valley project being developed by Glorious Land Company, fifteen miles East on I 10 from the Dillon exit ,  is a well-planned and designed complete community with everything a person would want in their town…medical, fire, police, water, power, walking areas, dog areas, parks areas, and grocery stores, clothing, hardware, coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc….and all within the confines of a very small acreage area  owned by the GLC.   The balance of their lands plus the lands they will be purchasing as mitigation for endangered species and fish and wildlife, almost twelve times the disturbed acreage, will become sacred areas for the desert protected critters and plants and conservation areas.     I believe this is such a well-designed and thought out planned community that would be a model for other built out communities that will occur in the future of the desert.  And this is a positive economic driver for the Eastern County.
I would urge Riverside County to adopt this project and allow them to proceed as soon as possible.   They have already worked on it twenty years and have tried to meet all the requests of the county for their permits.
It is time for them to be given the green light for this.   We need houses and people in our Eastern County along the Interstate 10.   It is inevitable that this occur and why not allow a plan that has been so carefully reviewed to begin.   No one loves our desert more than I, or the plants and critters, but we all must live in harmony together as we continue to grow and develop, and this project will make that happen. I VOTE YES!

El Proyecto Paradise Valley (Valle Paraíso) desarrollado por Glorious Land Company, quince millas al este del I 10 por la salida de la Dillon, es una comunidad bien planeada y diseñada con todo lo que una persona quisiera tener en su pueblo…médicos, bomberos, policía, agua, luz, áreas para caminar, áreas para perros, parques y mercados, tiendas de ropa, ferreterías, cafeterías, restaurantes, gasolineras, etc….y todo dentro de los confines de una superficie muy pequeña, propiedad de GLC.  El balance de sus tierras, más las tierras que comprarán como mitigación para especies en peligro y peces y vida salvaje, casi doce veces la superficie en acres perturbada, serán áreas sagradas para los bichos y plantas protegidas del desierto, y áreas de conservación. Creo que esto esta es una comunidad tan bien diseñado y pensada que sería un modelo para otras comunidades construidas que ocurrirán en un futuro en el desierto, y esto es un conducto económico para el Este del condado.
Urgiría al Condado de Riverside a adoptar este Proyecto y permitirles proceder lo más pronto posible. Ellos han trabajado en esto por veinte años y han tratado de cumplir todas las peticiones del condado para sus permisos.
Es tiempo que a ellos se les dé luz verde para esto. Necesitamos casas y gente en nuestro Condado Este a lo largo del Interestatal 10. Es inevitable que esto ocurra y porque no permitir un plan que ha sido cuidadosamente revisado para empezar. Nadie ama más este desierto que yo, o las plantas y bichos, pero todos debemos vivir juntos en armonía mientras continuamos creciendo y desarrollando y este proyecto lo hará posible. ¡YO VOTO SI!
