Dear world leaders:
Tom Rath (2007), is a renowned author who has specialized in focusing on the strengths of human beings, rather than their weaknesses. You may think that this is what everyone does today, but the reality is not so. Every day we have the option of doing something better, and they may or may not be done, but not as often as necessary to strengthen natural talents. Those talents that do not require long hours of practice, but that are automatic. Authentic talents that are constantly applicable in different places and for different reasons. That is, they do not change, but are improved at the time they are applied or shared with others.
Rath (2007), explains that there are talents that have never been exploited and that from the moment we are born until a job is performed, the approach has been given to correct the deficiencies instead of developing them at a higher level.
In his book, Seeker of Strengths 2.0, Rath (2207), he presents 34 themes for action. These themes define possible strengths that were extracted from the studies and surveys done by Gallup. However, the greatest emphasis is placed on the need to understand that one has qualities that are fostered by its application. I mention strengths because it is admirable for people to be daring to overcome their weaknesses and strengths to do more, desire more, and navigate other fields, that without this ability it would be difficult to do so. America Figueroa is running for assembly and for this, you have to have courage, courage, skills, and a lot of conviction to overcome their own skills. What is behind a mind that is constantly searching for self improvement? What motivates leaders like America Figueroa to face reality with facts within their communities? What kind of mentality do you have to have to overcome yourself and tell the story with your own facts?
Definitely that the search for strengths is the very search to overcome and change facts with changes for the benefit of all. If your strength (s) are already found, overcome them and invite others to be part of your own feedback focusing on what they know how to do well. Some know what they do and others do what they know! What do you want to be?

In the meantime, I invite you to keep writing your next story!
