Senator Battin Announces Mobile Office Hours For December
Special Office Hours Increase Constituent Accessibility to Services in the 37th Senate District
Sacramento, CA – Today, Senator Jim Battin (R-La Quinta) announced he would be opening mobile office hours in La Quinta and Corona in December. The goal of the mobile office is to increase the accessibility of services to constituents of the 37th Senate District.
The La Quinta Senior Center will be hosting office hours on December 6th and the Corona Chamber of Commerce will hold the December 14th office at their facility. Constituents have the opportunity to meet with a Field Representative to discuss issues or questions dealing with the State, or to pick up information on state services.
Mobile office – dates scheduled:
December 6, 2005
December 14, 2005
10AM-Noon
10 AM – Noon
La Quinta Senior Center
Corona Chamber of Comm.

Corona, CA 92879
“Mobile offices are very important to me,” stated Battin. “They allow us to better serve all the people which I represent. Some residents in my district are not able to make it out to one of our fixed district offices. This gives us the opportunity to come to them and hear their concerns,” said Battin.
Senator Battin has made an ongoing effort to provide mobile office hours as a service for his constituencies during his tenure in the California State Legislature.
