¿Y Que de los Niños?

¿Y los niños? Escuché esta declaración hace más de un año de Elizabeth Johnston, la mamá activista, cuando se estrelló en una manifestación proaborto para protestar por los miles de bebés abortados cada día. Ella siguió haciendo la misma pregunta una y otra vez mientras sostenía una foto de un inocente bebé abortado.
¿Y que de los niños? Es una pregunta que los padres nos hacemos a menudo. Es una pregunta que nos hacemos a nuestros maestros y funcionarios electos, pero ¿cuántos de ellos se hacen la misma pregunta antes de tomar decisiones que afectan la vida de nuestros hijos? ¿Se preocupan siquiera por los niños? ¿Se preocupan siquiera por NUESTROS hijos?
Cuando empezaron a salir historias de terror de Hollywood y salió a la luz la realidad del abuso infantil y el tráfico sexual, y cuando algunas celebridades comenzaron a hablar sobre el abuso y la perversión que sufrieron de niños a manos de productores y otras celebridades, los medios parecían más preocupados por esconderlo debajo de la alfombra que por dar una respuesta justa a la pregunta: ¿y qué de nuestros niños?
Cuando los medios de comunicación decidieron llamar la atención sobre la separación de familias en la frontera, pero se olvidaron de mencionar que un alto porcentaje de los niños en los centros de detención fueron contrabandeados al país por adultos que se hicieron pasar por sus padres, cuyo ADN demostró que ni siquiera estaban relacionados. En lugar de crear conciencia sobre el hecho de que muchos de estos niños probablemente fueron secuestrados en su lugar de origen, donde cientos de padres desesperados no tendrán la oportunidad de encontrarlos porque en lugar de que los medios de comunicación lancen una campaña para reunificar a esos niños con sus verdaderos padres quienes probablemente todavía los buscan en su tierra natal; les importó más jugar a la política que preguntarse a sí mismos y hacerle al mundo la única pregunta que realmente importa: ¿y qué de nuestros niños?

Cuando los padres de California alzamos nuestra voz en contra de los planes de estudio de ESI porque reflejan las tácticas de preparación exactas que el FBI identificó en su informe de 2002 de Crímenes contra niños (1. Demostrar actos sexuales a niños 2. Usar pornografía para enseñar o dar instrucciones a los niños sobre cómo masturbarse, practicar sexo oral y / o tener relaciones sexuales. 3. Disminuir las inhibiciones sexuales de los niños. Muestre imágenes de otros niños participando en actividades sexuales para superar sus miedos. 4. Desensibilizar a los niños al sexo. 5. Estimular sexualmente a los niños mediante usando imágenes pornográficas de otros niños), los padres fuimos burlados, ridiculizados y silenciados, y a nadie parecía importarle nuestros gritos de: ¿y que de NUESTROS niños?
Cuando el estado cerró debido a COVID-19, e incluso cuando la CDC publicó un informe sobre La Importancia de Reabrir las Escuelas en Estados Unidos este Otoño, en el que se describen las muchas razones por las que las escuelas pueden reabrir con precauciones y las consecuencias de no reabrir así como el daño haría a nuestros hijos; aun así, una carta de la CTA al gobernador Newsom enviada un par de semanas antes de que saliera el informe fue suficiente para que él no cediera ni se hiciera la pregunta: ¿y qué de nuestros niños?
Mis dos preguntas para hoy son: ¿y que de los niños? y después de leer esto, ¿te convertirás en una voz para ellos?

What About the Children?

What about the children? I heard this statement over a year ago from Elizabeth Johnston, The Activist Mommy, when she crashed a pro-abortion rally to protest the thousands of babies aborted every single day. She kept asking the same question over and over while holding up a picture of an innocent aborted baby.
What about the children? Is a question us parents ask ourselves often. It is a question we find ourselves asking our teachers and elected officials, but how many of them do ask themselves that same question before making choices that affect our children’s lives? Do they even care about the children? Do they even care about OUR children?
When horror stories began coming out of Hollywood and the reality of child abuse and sex trafficking came to light, and when some celebrities started talking about the abuse and perversion they endured as children at the hands of producers and other celebrities, the media seemed more concerned sweeping it under the rug than giving a fair answer to the question: what about the children?
When the media decided to bring attention to the separation of families at the border but forgot to mention that a high percentage of the children in detention centers were smuggled into the country by adults pretending to be their parents, whose DNA proved they weren’t even related. Instead of raising awareness to the fact that many of these children had most likely been kidnapped from their place of origin where hundreds of desperate parents won’t have a chance at finding them because instead of the media launching a campaign seeking to reunite those children with their real parents who most likely are still looking for them in their homeland; they were more busy playing politics than asking themselves and asking the world the one question that really matters: what about the children?
When our California Legislators approved the sexualization of our children by passing Assembly Bill 329 forcing the teaching of Comprehensive Sexuality Education in Middle School and High School, and allowing it to be taught from Kinder, and when the State Department of Education approved and recommended obscene literature for our K-12 children nobody asked the question: what about the children?
When California parents raised our voices against the CSE curricula because it mirrors the exact grooming tactics that the FBI identified in their 2002 report of Crimes Against Children (1. Demonstrate sex acts to children 2. Use pornography to teach or give instructions to children about how to masturbate, perform oral sex and/or engage in sexual intercourse. A2

3. Lower the sexual inhibitions of children. Show pictures of other children engaging in sexual activities to overcome their fears. 4. Desensitize children to sex. 5. Sexually arouse children by using pornographic images of other children), we the parents were mocked, ridiculed, and silenced, and no one seemed to care our cries of: what about OUR children?
When the State was closed because of COVID-19, and even when the CDC published a report on The Importance of Reopening America’s Schools this Fall outlining the many reasons schools are ok to open with precautions, and outweighing the consequences of not reopening and the harm it would do our children; still a CTA letter to Governor Newsom sent a couple of weeks before the report came out was enough for him not to give in or to even ask the question: what about the children?
