La Ciudad de Coachella ha experimentado avances económicos como también estéticos en su calle principal, la calle sexta. Ahí, usted podrá encontrar una serie de negocios como bancos, restaurantes, agencias comunitarias, la oficina de correos, clínicas, servicios sociales, ferretería, la biblioteca, un café, tienda de abarrotes, el ayuntamiento de la Ciudad, y la panadería, entre otros.
El colorido de esta calle se mezcla con los olores de la panadería “Las Tres Conchitas.” Este negocio está abierto los 365 días del año, de 4:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m., y ahí encontramos una variedad de panes típicos de diferentes estados de México que se conjugan con la diversidad de clientes que los deleitan. El negocio es pequeño, pero el impacto es grande en la comunidad ya que surte a otros negocios locales, endulza fiestas con ricos pasteles y ayuda al prójimo.
Detrás de este negocio exitoso de trece años, está el esfuerzo de un inmigrante trabajador que comenzó en los campos del valle cosechando naranja, uva, y toronjas. Aprendió a hacer pan debido a una oportunidad de fe y perseverancia. El Señor Ceja, es un líder agradecido con su comunidad, y con sus empleados actuales y anteriores que han ayudado a su negocio. Su humildad es un símbolo de que ¡Si Se Puede! lograr metas y ofrecer servicio de calidad cuando se es constante, honesto, y agradecido con el colectivo.
El Señor Ceja sugiere lo siguiente para ser exitoso:
Orientarse antes de comenzar un negocio.
Conocer que permisos son requeridos (ciudad, condado, y estado).
Se puede tener miedo, pero nunca desistir.
Tener fe y mucha constancia en el trabajo.
Sentirse motivado por su trabajo.
El pan dulce es más que un delicioso alimento; es cultura, tradición, y familia.

The City of Coachella has experienced economic as well as aesthetic advances on its main street, Sixth Street. There, you can find a series of businesses such as banks, restaurants, community agencies, the post office, clinics, social services, hardware store, the library, a cafe, grocery store, the City Hall, and the bakery, among others.
The color of this street is mixed with the smells of the bakery “Las Tres Conchitas.” This business is open 365 days a year, from 4:00 a.m. at 10:00 p.m., and there we find a variety of breads typical from different states of Mexico that are combined with the diversity of customers who enjoy them. The business is small, but the impact is great in the community as it supplies other local businesses, sweetens parties with delicious cakes and helps others.
Behind this successful thirteen-year-old business is the effort of a hardworking immigrant who began in the fields of the valley harvesting oranges, grapes, and grapefruits. He learned to make bread because of an opportunity of faith and perseverance. Mr. Ceja is a grateful leader to his community, and to his current and former employees who have helped his business. His humility is a symbol that Yes It Can Be Done! you can achieve goals and offer quality service when you are constant, honest, and grateful to the group.
Mr. Ceja suggests the following to be successful:
• Get orientation before starting a business.
• Know what permits are required (city, county, and state).
• You can feel scared, but never give up.
• Have faith and a lot of perseverance at work.
• Feel motivated by your work.
