I was born in Peru, and became a proud citizen of the USA.
I am grateful for all the opportunities that this country gave me, and in return, it fulfills me to give back to my Community.
I have been working for over 25 years in the culinary arts field in Beverly Hills, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and in the desert as an Executive Chef. I had the American dream to own a house, which is the reason why I became a Realtor®, to be of service.
In both careers, I had to manage the business while being attentive, kind and respectful to people’s demands. This is the same approach I will follow as your City Council.
• I will give my support to bring more job opportunities for our residents, welcome more small  businesses, and contribute to improving the esthetic appeal of our infrastructure.
• I will be inclusive to all, and bring The Power Back To The People.
• I will work hard and fight for you to make sure you have a voice.

¡El Poder de Regreso a la Gente!

Nací en Perú y me convertí en un ciudadano orgulloso de los Estados Unidos.
Estoy agradecido por todas las oportunidades que este país me brindó y a cambio, me satisface ayudar a mi Comunidad.
He trabajado durante más de 25 años en el campo de los artes culinarios en Beverly Hills, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach y en el Desierto como Chef Ejecutivo.
Tuve el sueño americano de poseer una casa, que es la razón por la que me convertí en un agente inmobiliario, para estar al servicio de quien lo necesite.
En ambas carreras, tuve que administrar el negocio siendo atento, amable y respetuoso con las demandas de la gente. Este es el mismo enfoque que seguiré  como su Consejero Municipal.
Prestaré mi apoyo para atraer más oportunidades de trabajo para nuestros residentes, darles la bienvenida a más pequeñas empresas y contribuir a mejorar el atractivo estético de nuestra infraestructura.
Seré inclusivo para todos y traeré “El Poder de Regreso a la Gente”!
