Manuel Perez addresses voters of 80th District

Assembly candidate Manuel Perez has been seen all over the district talking to small groups of voters. Last week Perez had the opportunity to answer questions to a mixed group of voters who had a multitude of questions. Perez spent over two hours talking about immigration, education, housing, the economy, his background, his priorities if elected and a number of political questions. Perez spoke without any notes and was well versed on the issues. Participants left feeling all their questions had been dealt with and by all indications he had won them over. There were many young parents and a few seniors in the group and it was evident there is concern about the growing issue of available medical services and the threat of closing clinics due to budgetary cut backs.
