INDIO CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATE GLENN MILLER RECEIVES KEY COMMUNITY ENDORSEMENTS

INDIO, CA It’s been a good week for Indio Planning Commissioner and City Council Candidate Glenn Miller who received several key endorsements this past week. The week began by Miller receiving the endorsement of the Indio Police Officers Association (IPOA). Darren Flagg, IPOA President wrote about Miller: “The Police Officers Association is proud to announce the endorsement of Council Candidate Glenn Miller for City Council for the City of Indio. With the residential and economic growth the City of Indio is experiencing, the Indio Police Officers Association Board of Directors feel this candidate will provide experience, knowledge and stability, much needed to continue the positive direction of our community.”

Miller was also proud to receive the backing of the CDF Firefighters Riverside County Chapter. One of Miller’s main platforms is increased fire and police protection for Indio, as the City continues its record growth.

As the week ended, Miller received a third key endorsement from the Building Industry Association (BIA)–Desert Chapter. Miller who has served on the Indio Planning Commission for five years, including two terms as Chairman during the height of the building boom in the Coachella Valley, said it was very important to him to receive the BIA’s endorsement. Miller said that during his time on the Planning Commission that he has worked to ensure that Indio’s development was thoughtful, well planned, and in the best interest of all City residents.

Glenn Miller’s extensive service to the Community includes: the Indio Noon Rotary Club, the Boys & Girls Club of the Coachella Valley, The First Tee Program, and the California State Military Reserve.
