El Destino Nightclub in Indio Celebrates Parking Expansion

El Destino Nightclub on Indio Blvd. , Indio took the opportunity to celebrate their parking lot expansion after an accord with the City of Indio was reached. The parking lot expansion will allow for a safer and greater access to the club. Previously, patrons had to cross the street to find parking. Club owner Anthony Perez was on hand to cut the ribbon as well as many other city dignitaries,Glenn Miller, Cynthia Hernandez the Indio Chamber of Commerce,the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and many club staff and supporters. After the ribbon cutting, participants were treated to an assortment of drinks, finger foods including some hot out of the oven pineapple turn-over’s and live music. The event was an opportunity to bring community business and city officials together and share a very amicable, lively occasion. Anthony Perez along with management staff met with La Prensa Hispana and shared future plans for bringing more venues and community activities to central Indio.There was agreement on the need to work together to provide a greater base for community entertainment for diverse age groups and cultures.
