“Ustedes No Representan a California para Todos”

¿Realmente representan los Legisladores de California a la gente que sirven? La mayoría de ellos no. El 28 de agosto miles de padres, profesionales médicos y educadores viajaron a Sacramento en oposición a la SB276. Marcharon alrededor del Capitolio con pancartas en oposición a esta propuesta anticonstitucional.
La tiranía y extralimitación del gobierno de California se ha evidenciado en los últimos anos. Legisladores continúan aprobando leyes que remueven derechos de padres. Su mentalidad comunista de que “los niños pertenecen al estado” ya no se disfraza, es abiertamente clara.
El ego que acompaña a legisladores como la Asambleísta Lorena González (D) y el Senador Richard Pan (D), quienes se burlan y acosan a sus constituyentes en las redes sociales, crean falsas acusaciones, y hasta involucran a sus familiares en un asunto que debe ser entre legislador y constituyente, es difícil de digerir.
Que paso con el juramento que tomaron al convertirse en legisladores? Juraron apoyar y defender la Constitución de California y de los Estados Unidos, pero la violan con sus leyes cada vez que pueden. ¿Porque no las honran y porque nadie los responsabiliza por ello?
La ley de California dice que un menos de 18 años no puede consentir a tener sexo, ni siquiera con otro menor; aun así, la Asambleísta Shirley Weber (D) escribió la AB 329 no solamente removiendo derechos a los padres, sino exigiendo que a los niños de 12 años en Adelante se les ensene consentimiento sexual y habilidades de negociación, y cada legislador demócrata lo apoyo entonces, y lo apoya hoy en día; aun cuando miles de padres, maestros, líderes de fe y comunitarios se han manifestado en el Capitolio por lo menos en tres ocasiones.
Es obvio que la mayoría de quienes están en el poder no tienen como prioridad el mejor interés de los niños y las familias. Necesitamos recordar que ellos no se eligieron solos, Nosotros lo hicimos. Confiamos en ellos y nos han fallado cada vez. Es hora de que la gente de California se levante, se informe, y accione. Revisen todos sus registros de votaciones, analice su perfil moral, responsabilícelos, y si no lo están representando, reemplácelos.

Do California Legislators really represent the people they serve? Not the majority of them. On Wednesday August 28t thousands of parents, medical professionals and educators traveled to Sacramento to rally peacefully against SB276. They marched around the capitol building holding signs in opposition to the very unconstitutional bill.
The California government’s tyranny and overreach has been evident throughout the last years. Legislators continue to approve Bills that remove parental rights. Their communist mindset of “the children belong to the state” is not disguised anymore, it’s all clear and out in the open.
The ego accompanying legislators such as Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez (D) and Senator Richard Pan (D), who mock and bully their constituents throughout social media, make up false accusations, and even get their family involved in an issue that is between a legislator and their constituents is hard to take in.
What ever happened to the oath they subscribed to when they became legislators? They swore to support and defend the Constitution of the State of California and the Constitution of the United States, but yet they violate it with their Bills every chance they get. Why aren’t they honoring it and why isn’t anybody making them accountable for it?
California law states that a child under 18 cannot consent to sex, even with another minor; still, Assemblywoman Shirley Weber (D) authored AB 329 not only removing parental rights, but requiring children 12 years and older to be taught sexual consent and negotiation skills, and every single Democratic Legislator supported it then, and still supports it now, even when thousands of parents, teachers, faith and community leaders have rallied at the Capitol for at least three times.
It is obvious that the majority of those in power now do not have the best interest of our children and families as a priority. We need to remember that they did not put themselves in office on their own, We the People elected them. We trusted them and they have failed us every single time. It’s time for the people of California to stand up, get informed, and get in action. Review all their voting records, analyze their moral compass, make them accountable and if they’re not representing you, their constituent, replace them.
