TKB Bakery & Deli Celebrate Chocolate Chip Day at Augustine Casino

TKB was recently named by YELP as one of the top four places to eat in the U.S.;
Located at 44911 Golf Center Drive in Indio. TKB started in the home of Athena Sippel in 1991 making cookies and dough for her children for school fund raisers. She began searching for healthier alternatives and soon, her home made cookies were in demand and her frozen cookie dough was sought after by friends and neighbors. Now, 20 years after the fact, Athena is supplying three major grocery stores chains with her fabulous dough and cookies. In the production facility she operates a sandwich shop including her very popular Mexican meatloaf and chicken salad , a Deli, the best sandwiches in the Coachella Valley and with new flavors always being developed, everything bakery.
