Si un agente del gobierno o un cesionario llega a su propiedad, será importante para quienes deseen proteger su privacidad y propiedad que CONOZCA SUS DERECHOS.
No tiene que responder NINGUNA PREGUNTA o hacer NINGUNA DECLARACIÓN a NINGÚN AGENTE GUBERNAMENTAL o cesionario. (Quinta Enmienda de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos y la sección correspondiente de la Constitución de su Estado)
El simple hecho de pedirle a un agente que se identifique no significa que usted renuncia a sus derechos.
Tiene derecho a estar libre de cualquier agente o cesionario del gobierno que ingrese a su propiedad, su hogar o su negocio sin una autorización debidamente obtenida. (Cuarta y quinta enmiendas de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos y las secciones correspondientes de la Constitución de su estado).

Simplemente exigirle a un agente o cesionario del gobierno que abandone su propiedad no renuncia a sus Derechos. A2
Si un agente o cesionario del gobierno se niega a dejar su propiedad o regresa a su propiedad después de haber sido advertido contra la entrada o el regreso, ese agente o cesionario ha cometido el delito de Traspaso y está sujeto a arresto. (Ley estatal, cuarta y quinta enmiendas a la Constitución de los EE. UU. Y las secciones correspondientes de la Constitución estatal confirmadas por las opiniones del Tribunal Supremo).
Tiene derecho a grabar a través de audio, video o grabación fotográfica de cualquier agente gubernamental o cesionario en su propiedad, ya sea con o sin el consentimiento de ese agente o cesionario. (Varias opiniones de tribunales federales reconocen que la Primera Enmienda protege claramente la filmación de oficiales y agentes públicos).

Estados Unidos y constituciones estatales. ENTREGUE EL FORMULARIO COMPLETO DIRECTAMENTE AL AGENTE O CESIONARIO MIENTRAS INDICA QUE DEJA LA PROPIEDAD Y NO RESPONDERÁ NINGUNA PREGUNTA.
Debe tener su dirección escrita con anticipación en el formulario y, cuando surja la necesidad, complete la fecha y hora. Se recomienda encarecidamente que tome una fotografía del agente al que le está entregando la advertencia para que luego pueda probar que esta persona ha recibido una advertencia formal de entrada ilegal.

If a government agent or assignee comes to your property, it will be important to those who wish to protect their privacy and property to KNOW THEIR RIGHTS.
You do not have to answer ANY QUESTIONS or make ANY STATEMENTS to ANY GOVERNMENT AGENT or assignee. (5th Amendment of the US Constitution and corresponding section of your State Constitution)
Simply asking an agent to identify themselves does not waive your Rights.
You have the Right to be free from any government agent or assignee entering your property, your home, or your business without a properly obtained warrant. (4th and 5th Amendments of the US Constitution and corresponding sections of your State Constitution.)
Simply demanding a copy of that warrant does not waive your Rights.
You have the Right to tell any government agent or assignee to leave your property if they cannot produce a properly obtained warrant. (4th and 5th Amendments of the US Constitution and corresponding sections of your State Constitution.)
Simply demanding an agent or assignee of the government to leave your property does not waive your Rights.
If a government agent or assignee refuses to leave your property or returns to your property after being warned against entering or returning, that agent or assignee has committed the crime of Trespass and is subject to arrest. (State Law, 4th & 5th Amendments to the US Constitution and corresponding sections of State Constitution as confirmed by Supreme Court Opinions).
You have the Right to record through audio, video, or photographic recording of any government agent or assignee on your property, either with or without consent of that agent or assignee. (Multiple Federal Court Opinions recognize that the First Amendment plainly protects the filming of officers and public agents.)

You should have your address pre-written on form and as the need arises, fill in the date and time.  It is highly recommended that you take a picture of the agent you are serving the warning so you may then prove that this person has been issued a formal Trespass Warning.
