Sheriff del Condado, Chad Bianco Reitera su Apoyo a las Comunidades de Fé

La semana pasada el Sheriff del Condado de Riverside, Chad Bianco, habló en la ciudad de Indio, ante un grupo de alrededor de 30 pastores del Valle de Coachella.
Durante su discurso, el Sheriff reiteró su apoyo a las iglesias y comunidades de fe y enfatizó el juramento que los servidores públicos como él toman al ingresar sus puestos y que promete respetar y proteger la Constitución.
Al finalizar el evento hubo una sesión de preguntas y respuestas. Los pastores hicieron preguntas desde como lidiar con los protestadores fuera de sus templos, hasta como conseguir un permiso para portar armas y como preparar un equipo de protección armada en sus iglesias.
El evento fue organizado por un grupo de pastores locales y líderes de fe que incluyen a América Figueroa, candidata para la Asamblea, quien además de ser una líder cristiana muy activa, trabaja arduamente para promover la unidad entre los pastores.
“Todos tenemos un llamado de Dios y un propósito. El mío es informar a la iglesia, hablar la verdad, confrontar autoridades como los profetas del Antiguo Testamento, y procurar la unidad entre el cuerpo pastoral. La iglesia y la familia son los pilares más importantes de la sociedad. Dios es el Centro. La única manera en que las cosas van a mejorar es si la iglesia retoma su posición, y esa es justamente mi oración, que Dios despierte a Su iglesia y traiga un avivamiento que produzca cambio,” dijo América Figueroa.
“Tuvimos un excelente tiempo de información y sobre todo de comunión pastoral. Agradezco a los pastores anfitriones y a todos los que llegaron y recibieron esta valiosa información y además oraron con nosotros por las necesidades de nuestro Valle, nuestro Estado y nuestra Nación,” declaró el pastor Enrique Orellana, uno de los organizadores del evento.

 

Last week Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco spoke in the city of Indio, before a group of about 30 pastors from the Coachella Valley.
During his speech, the Sheriff reiterated his support for churches and faith communities and emphasized the oath of office that public servants like him take upon entering their positions and that it promises to respect and protect the Constitution.
At the end of the event there was a question and answer session. The pastors asked questions from how to deal with protesters outside their temples, to how to obtain a CCW permit to carry weapons, and how to prepare a weapons team in their churches.
The event was organized by a group of local pastors and faith leaders who include América Figueroa, candidate for the Assembly, who in addition to being an active Christian leader, she works hard to promote unity among pastors.
“We all have a calling from God and a unique purpose. Mine, is to inform the church, speak the truth, confront authorities like the Old Testament prophets, and seek unity among the pastoral body. The church and the family are the most important pillars of our society. God is the Center. The only way things are going to get better is if the church retakes its position and that is precisely my prayer, that God will awaken His church and will bring revival that produces change,” said América Figueroa.
“We had an excellent time of information and especially of pastoral communion. I thank the host pastors and all those who came and received this valuable information and who also prayed with us for the needs of our Valley, our State and our Nation, ”said Pastor Enrique Orellana, one of the organizers of the event.
