Second Delivery of Gifts from the Republican Women to Mecca Families
Dos líderes Purépechas comunitarios; Froilán y Merejildo coordinaron la distribución de regalos para niños en la Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe en la ciudad de Mecca. La Federación de Mujeres Republicanas del Este del Valle donaron regalos entregados en esta locación a niños del área. Familiares y amigos de los niños y de nuestros líderes Purépechas estuvieron presente.
Esta es la segunda entrega de regalos por parte de este grupo de mujeres republicanas en la ciudad de Mecca.
En esta vida, una sonrisa de un niño(a) no tiene precio cuando demuestran su felicidad sin palabras, cuando un regalo por muy pequeño que sea les satisface y su agradecimiento es el más sincero, honesto, y noble. Los niños(a)s en esta ciudad mantienen y aplican sus valores familiares y culturales agradeciendo a este grupo de mujeres líderes en el área por su generosidad.
Entre los juguetes había bicicletas, juegos de mesa, muñecas, carritos, peluches, carrito de bebé, lonchera, entre otros, reiterando el mensaje de que “dar es mejor que recibir” y que la generosidad es un compromiso social el cual debemos mantener activo en nuestra comunidad. ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS!
Two Purépecha Community leaders; Froilán and Merejildo coordinated the distribution of gifts for children in the Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe in the city of Mecca. The East Valley Republican Women donated gifts to be given in this location to members of the community. Relatives and friends of children and our Purépechas were present.
This is the second gift delivery by this group of Republican women in the city of Mecca.
In this life, the smile of a child is priceless when they demonstrate their happiness without words. When a gift no matter how small or big it is, it satisfies the children and their gratitude is sincere, honest, and noble. The children in this city maintain and apply their family and cultural values by thanking this local group of women for their generosity.
Among the toys, there were bicycles, board games, dolls, cars, toys, baby carts, lunchboxes and other things to provide the message that “to give is better than to receive,” and that generosity is a social commitment which we must keep active in our community. THANKYOU VERY MUCH!
