¡Sam Gallucci Tiene un Plan parar Recobrar California!

No solo es un pastor, sino un californiano que ha invertido su tiempo y esfuerzo en nuestra comunidad y ahora está buscando recobrar California reemplazando al gobernador Gavin Newsom, quien se enfrenta a Recall en las próximas elecciones y quien ha sido perjudicial para las pequeñas empresas y familias.

Resolver problemas que afectan a los trabajadores agrícolas migrantes
Dependemos de los trabajadores migrantes. No está bien que tengan que vivir con miedo y sean maltratados. Trabajaremos en soluciones creativas para abordar nuestros desafíos de inmigración comenzando con nuestros trabajadores migrantes indocumentados. Debemos trabajar para reducir el flujo de inmigración ilegal mientras nos dirigimos a los migrantes que ya viven en California.
ELIMINAR LA
ESCASEZ DE AGUA
Contamos con un programa que permite a las empresas desaladoras competir como proveedoras de agua sin ningún subsidio. Cualquiera puede tener tanta agua como necesite. Nuestros agricultores estarán a salvo. No más cortes.
INTEGRIDAD DE
LAS ELECCIONES
Restauraremos la confianza y la confianza en nuestro proceso electoral. Aseguraremos que nuestras elecciones sean justas y libres. Presionaremos para eliminar las injustas “primarias en la jungla” que ha bloqueado a todos los partidos representados en las elecciones generales. Las nuevas prácticas de rehabilitación son esenciales porque las tasas actuales de reincidencia del 50, 60, 70 por ciento o más son inaceptables. Hay programas probados en uso en todo este país. Necesitamos aprender y adoptar estos programas en todo el estado.
MEJORAR LA CALIDAD DE LA EDUCACIÓN DE NUESTROS NIÑOS
California gasta cerca de la mitad de su presupuesto en educación y ocupa el puesto 38 entre los 50 estados y el Distrito de Columbia en 29 categorías. Como gobernador, daré a los maestros las herramientas para hacer su trabajo de manera efectiva. ¡Lo haremos mejor!
NUEVAS IDEAS PARA APOYAR NUESTRAS PEQUEÑAS EMPRESAS
Cuando los trabajos se van, la gente se va. Eliminaremos la extralimitación del gobierno y trabajaremos para reducir los impuestos que paralizan a nuestros propietarios de pequeñas empresas. Debemos volver a hacer que nuestro estado sea favorable a las empresas reduciendo la carga fiscal sobre las empresas y eliminando las regulaciones onerosas que frustran el crecimiento y la expansión del empleo.
RESOLVER LA CRISIS DE INDIGENCIA
Abogaremos por nuevas soluciones innovadoras que comenzarán con nuestro “plan de personas primero.” Como gobernador, trabajaré no solo para brindar nuevas oportunidades de vivienda, sino también educación, tratamiento médico y de salud mental para reintegrar a nuestra población sin hogar en la sociedad, reduciendo la burocracia, asociándonos con organizaciones sin fines de lucro y ampliando el tratamiento de salud mental.

SOLVE ISSUES AFFECTING MIGRANT FARM WORKERS
We depend on migrant workers. It is not right that they have to live in fear and are mistreated. We will work on creative solutions to address our immigration challenges beginning with our undocumented migrant workers. We must work to curtail the flow of illegal immigration while addressing the migrants living in California.
ELIMINATE WATER SHORTAGES
We have a program that allows for desalination companies to compete as water suppliers without any subsidies. Anybody can have as much water as they need. Our farmers will be safe. No more Cutoffs.
ELECTION
INTEGRITY
We will restore confidence and trust in our election process. We will ensure our elections are fair and free. We will push to eliminate the unfair “jungle primary” that has blocked out all parties being represented in the general election. Elections in other civilized countries still rely on 100% hand counting. If we can’t establish trust in our electronic or machine voting processes then why not go back to what we know to be tried and true?
CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM
New practices for rehabilitation are essential because current recidivism rates of 50, 60, 70 percent or higher are unacceptable. There are proven programs in use across this country. We need to learn from and adopt these programs statewide
IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OUR CHILDREN’S EDUCATION
California spends close to half its budget on education and is ranked 38th among the 50 states and District of Columbia in 29 categories. As Governor, I will give teachers the tools to do their job effectively. We will do better!
NEW IDEAS TO SUPPORT OUR SMALL BUSINESSES
When jobs leave, people leave. We will eliminate the government overreach and work to reduce the taxes crippling our small business owners. We must make our state business-friendly again by lowering the tax burden on businesses and removing onerous regulations that thwart job growth and expansion.
SOLVE THE HOMELESS CRISIS
We will advocate new innovative solutions that will begin with our “people first plan”. As Governor I will work to not only provide new housing opportunities but education, medical, and mental health treatment to reintegrate our homeless population in society, by cutting red tape, partnering with non-profits, and expanding mental health treatment.
