Desde el 1 y hasta el 18 de mayo los residentes de dos estados en Estados Unidos recibirán pagos directos con montos que superan los $3,000 dólares, los cuales pertenecen a Dividendos del Fondo Permanente y reembolsos de impuestos.
Estos dos estados son Alaska y Georgia, para el primero los residentes elegibles recibirán un pago directo de aproximadamente $3,284 dólares como parte del Dividendo del Fondo Permanente. Mientras que para el segundo, los habitantes obtendrán un reembolso de impuestos que está entre los $250 para contribuyentes individuales y $500 dólares para parejas que presentaron su declaración en conjunto.
En el caso de Alaska, la fecha programada para el envío del dinero es entre el 10 y 18 de mayo de este año. Las solicitudes fueron recibidas hasta el 31 de marzo, y las enviadas después de esa fecha fueron negadas.
Por su parte, el dinero para el estado de Georgia comenzó a distribuirse a partir del 1 de mayo de este año y se espera que todos los contribuyentes elegibles reciban su reembolso este mismo mes. Estos cheques son distribuidos porque el estado logró un superávit en su presupuesto en el 2022.
Para Genevieve Wojtusik, directora de división del Departamento de Ingresos del estado de Alaska “la misión es administrar el programa de dividendos de fondos permanentes asegurando que todos los habitantes de Alaska elegibles reciban dividendos a tiempo, se persiga el fraude y se trate con respeto a todas las partes interesadas internas y externas”, dijo.
