First Place: Courtney Donaldson, Palm Springs High School, Teacher-Rebecca Patterson.

Assemblyman Brian Nestande unveiled the winning design of the Salton Sea License Plate Art Contest, on June 21 at the California State San Bernardino Palm Desert Campus in the Dick and Jan Oliphant Auditorium.
