Mexicali Brings Delegation to Indio

An event held at the Sizzler’s in Indio with GM, Luis Silva was organized and brought by Fideicomiso de Mexicali this week.
There were representatives from various sources including events such as Mexicali Baja Sandboard-2014, Mexicali Health Care, Medio Marathon, Evento Agrobaja and CANIRAC.
Mexicali continues to grow as a tourist attraction and is now being supplemented with a great variety of services available to the Coachella Valley community. Among the growing trends is their health care services now generating $100 million dollars annually to the Mexicali economy.
The participants present were: Carlos Francisco Guillen Armenta a delegate of the Secretary of Tourism-del Estado de Mexicali, Ana Luisa Garcia R.-Operations coordinator with Mexicali Health Care, Gilberto Lopez- CANIRAC, Sergio Morales- Baja Sandboard- Eric Valle-Agrobaja,and Manuel Cobarubias-Medio Marathon. The event was well informed and well attended. There are a variety of health care organizations including hospitals in Mexicali joining together to provide transportation services for patients in the Coachella Valley. Ther are also several medical facilities now preparing to accept U.S. medical insurance including for Medicare participants.
