Liderazgo con Corazón

Estimados Líderes Mundiales:
Hablar de líderes implica responsabilidad social, política y personal. La historia misma es testigo de todo avance social que muchos líderes han hecho para que muchos otros seres humanos vivan mejor, que sean libres de pensamiento y acciones, que se les respeten sus derechos humanos sin importar su clase social, económica, su base cultural, o creencias propias; sin embargo, en pleno siglo XXI, todavía hay quienes abusan de su poder, posición, clase social, y apego político para explotar las necesidades de los más débiles.
El débil no es el que lo permite sino el que es abusado de acuerdo con sus necesidades mismas. Detrás de cada ser humano hay una historia, una necesidad, una razón de ser y hacer las cosas. Pero ¿alguna vez se ha preguntado, a quién se está ayudando cuando usted solo quiere hacer el bien?
Sin embargo, hay quienes están sujetos a las condiciones de otros y no necesariamente por las razones más obvias, sino por un abuso de la necesidad misma.
Vivimos en una sociedad plagada de oportunidades y oportunistas y eso es lo que hace la diferencia entre ayudar y alimentar el abuso mismo. Hay oportunidades para solventar las necesidades propias y hay intereses que reprimen a quienes desean superarse.
Ser, hacer, y tener pueden hacer la diferencia entre romper ciclos viciosos y seguir alimentado una constante a través del tiempo, historia, y circunstancias. Esta es una invitación a ser un ciudadano más crítico ante las injusticias sociales del prójimo, a ser menos egoísta y más consciente a lo que ven nuestros ojos, siente nuestro corazón, y experimentamos a diario. Ignorar el dolor ajeno es ser cómplice del abuso.

Talking about leaders implies social, political, and personal responsibility. History itself is a witness to all social advances that many leaders have made so that many other human beings live better, that they are free of thought and actions, that their human rights are respected regardless of their social, economic class, their cultural base, or own beliefs; However, in the XXI century, there are still those who abuse their power, position, social class, and political attachment to exploit the needs of the weakest.
The weak is not the one who allows it but the one who is abused according to his own needs. Behind every human being there is a story, a need, a reason for being and doing things. But have you ever wondered who you are helping when you just want to do good?
However, there are those who are subject to the conditions of others and not necessarily for the most obvious reasons, but because of an abuse of necessity itself.
We live in a society full of opportunities and opportunists and that is what makes the difference between helping and fueling the abuse itself. There are opportunities to meet their own needs and there are interests that repress those who want to improve themselves.
Being, doing, and having can make the difference between breaking vicious cycles and continuing to nurture a constant through time, history, and circumstances. This is an invitation to be a more critical citizen in the face of the social injustices of others, to be less selfish and more aware of what our eyes see, our heart feels, and we experience daily. To ignore the pain of others is to be an accessory to the abuse.
