Liderazgo con Corazón

Hablar de líderes locales, es hablar de quienes han institucionado el servicio al prójimo, de quienes se esmeran por prepararse a pesar de las adversidades y quienes inspiran a través de sus acciones, así es Lily.
“Cada ser humano tiene su propia historia reflejado en el libro de la vida. La familia y amigos son el lomo del libro y cada quien protege su historia. Desde el nacimiento hasta la muerte del ser humano, se escriben páginas que cuentan su historia. Habrá marcas, notas, o páginas rotas, pero al final, la niñez, la familia, el amor, los amigos, los sueños, o pérdidas se resumen en quien es cada quien.”
Lily es residente de la ciudad de Indio y ha dedicado su vida a su tesoro más preciado, su familia. Ha mantenido un matrimonio de 50 años donde las raíces familiares están conectadas con sus cuatro hijas y sus seis nietos.
Las tragedias han tocado sus puertas muchas veces al tener que decir adiós a sus padres, hermana, hermano y nieto. Sin embargo, su convicción de lograr metas ha sido su estandarte para honrar la memoria de Jonh, su nieto. Lily ha cumplido su promesa de graduarse del Colegio del Desierto en memoria de John.
Todo líder es inspirado a seguir adelante por otros líderes quien fortalecen su resiliencia.
Lily es una defensora de la causa social por brindar comida y abrigo aquellos en necesidad. Es humilde y prefiere mantener un perfil bajo ante su trabajo comunitario, pero sus acciones han sido valoradas a nivel estatal.
Los valores de Lily son la herencia de sus padres quienes le inculcaron preparase para enfrentar ambos, tragedias y triunfos.

Lily is a resident of the city of Indio and has dedicated her life to her most precious treasure, her family. She has had a 50-year marriage where her family roots are connected to her four daughters and her six grandchildren.
Her tragedies have knocked on her doors many times as she had to say goodbye to her parents, sister, brother, and grandson. However, her conviction to achieve her goals has been her banner to honor the memory of Jonh, her grandson. Lily has kept her promise to graduate from Desert College in memory of John.
Every leader is inspired to move forward by other leaders who strengthen their resilience.
Lily is an advocate for the social cause by providing food and shelter to those in need. She is humble and prefers to keep a low profile to her community work, but her actions have been valued at the state level.
Lily’s values ​​are inherited from her parents who instilled in her to prepare herself to face both tragedies and triumphs.
