Líderes Mundiales:
En tiempos de crisis, es mejor adaptarse a nuevas dinámicas que presentar opresión ante una inevitable realidad. La esencia de un liderazgo pleno funciona desde la perspectiva de llevar acabo lo que se dice; esto provee sentido común en el compromiso propio y como parte del proceso, mejores resultados serán obtenidos. El desarrollo de esta esencia se debe de mantener simple y real de acuerdo con su naturaleza; tal situación se relaciona con la realidad en que vivimos. Nuestros líderes actuales deben de transmitir mensajes de solidaridad, compartiendo mensajes de esperanza ante la desolación, ofreciendo formas educativas de como contrarrestar la falta de solvencia económica, estabilidad emocional, y apoyo en forma de recursos locales de los cuáles se puedan beneficiar.
La actualidad no solo refleja un problema de salud social global, sino, un conjunto de ecosistemas que claramente representan cada nivel de nuestra sociedad y las varias áreas que se conjugan en dictar como y porque estos niveles son importantes y necesarios en crear conciencia en el mejor interés y porvenir de cada ciudadano.
Un líder, debe de tomar acción basada en sus destrezas y flaquezas, mientras fomenta habilidades a futuros líderes.
Colectivamente, los líderes tienen una valiosa oportunidad de transformar la vida de muchos ciudadanos a través de sus contribuciones y aún más, en tiempos de crisis. Está situación traerá muchos líderes no conocidos debido a sus cualidades en transformar su ecosistema inmediato. Este es un momento para reflexionar y escuchar a otros en que cambios son necesarios, adaptables, y como cada individuo puede contribuir a una transformación común, mientras mejoran sus propias vidas en tiempos de crisis.

Dear World Leaders:
In times of crisis, it is better to adapt to new dynamics than to present oppression in the face of an inevitable reality. The essence of full leadership works from the perspective of carrying out what is said, this provides common sense in self-commitment and as part of the process, better results will be obtained. The development of this essence must be kept simple and real according to its nature; such a situation is related to the reality in which we live. Our current leaders must transmit messages of solidarity, sharing messages of hope in the face of desolation, offering educational ways on how to counter the lack of economic solvency, emotional stability, and support in the form of local resources from which they can benefit.
Today not only reflects a global social health problem, but a set of ecosystems that clearly represent each level of our society and the various areas that come together to dictate how and why these levels are important and necessary in creating awareness in the best interest and future of each citizen.
A leader must act based on his skills and weaknesses, while fostering skills for future leaders.
Collectively, leaders have a valuable opportunity to transform the lives of many citizens through their contributions and even more, in times of crisis. This situation will bring many unknown leaders due to its qualities in transforming its immediate ecosystem. This is a time to reflect and listen to others about what changes are necessary, adaptable, and how every individual can contribute to a common transformation, while improving their own lives in times of crisis.
