En momentos de caos social, es necesario una acción pronta y apropiada por parte de nuestros líderes políticos en cada nivel de nuestra sociedad. Poco se escucha sobre la proactividad de ellos en estos momentos de estrés social. El Dr. Ruiz continúa mandando sus informes sobre el estatus de el COVID-19. De la misma manera, ha creado un video en YouTube (youtube.com/watch?v+72BA6CmtUZg&feature_youtu.be) y en español en el cual explica y da consejos críticos a mantener en cuenta para propagar contagio alguno, como también a aplicar prácticas preventivas. La salud y estabilidad de muchos será afectada debido a la inhabilidad de digerir tanta conmoción que le estamos agregando a nuestras vidas diarias.
En momentos de estrés físico, emocional, y mental, es necesario proveer actualizaciones de cómo mantenernos saludables, seguros e informados. La realidad es que vivimos en un mundo virtual donde la verdad se falsifica fácilmente y la mentira se comparte y toma prioridad. No cabe duda de que necesitamos vías de comunicación más controladas para adentrarse sobre lo real, necesario, y apropiado.
Ahora es el momento de solidarizarnos unos con otros y de ayudar a minimizar este estrago de salud por el cual estamos atravesando. Tome liderazgo ejecutando acción y manteniéndose informado en cómo proceder. La vida humana no tiene precio, por ello Cuídese y cuide a su familia y amigos en seguir regulaciones y prácticas básicas de salud para controlar el contagio de cualquier condición de salud.
Ahora tendrá la oportunidad de pasar tiempo de calidad con los suyos; tome ventaja y aprovéchelo ya que vivimos en una sociedad donde la rutina nos convierte sus esclavos y nosotros sus fieles seguidores. Descanse, lea, haga una retroalimentación de lo que ha hecho, ha dejado de hacer, y lo que si podrá hacer. ¡Cuídese para que no lo cuiden!

Dear world leaders,
In times of social chaos, prompt and appropriate action by our political leaders is needed at every level of our society. Little is heard about the proactivity of them in these moments of social stress. Dr. Ruiz continues to send his reports on the status of COVID-19. The information is sent in English and Spanish; but from then on, you don’t hear that or what we shouldn’t do. The health and stability of many will be affected by the inability to digest so much commotion that we are adding to our daily lives.
In times of physical, emotional, and mental stress, it is necessary to provide updates on how to stay healthy, safe and informed. The reality is that we live in a virtual world where truth is easily falsified and lies are shared and taken priority. There is no doubt that we need more controlled means of communication to delve into the real, necessary, and appropriate.
Now is the time to stand in solidarity with each other and help minimize this health havoc that we are going through. Take leadership by executing action and staying informed on how to proceed. Human life is priceless, so take care of yourself and your family and friends in following basic health regulations and practices to control the spread of any health condition.
Now you will have the opportunity to spend quality time with yours; take advantage and take advantage of it as we live in a society where routine makes us your slaves and we your faithful followers. Rest, read, review what you’ve done, what you’ve stopped doing it, and what you still can do. Take care of yourself so others don’t have to take care of you!
