Karen VielhaberJoins board of Agua Caliente Cultural Museum

Agua Caliente Cultural Museum announced today the appointment of Karen Vielhaber to the Museum’s Board of Directors. Vielhaber brings a wealth of financial expertise to the Board with more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry.

Vielhaber is a Senior Trust Officer and Relationship Manager with Wells Fargo Bank in the Palm Desert, Private Client Services office. She works with the bank’s high net-worth clients and not-for-profits in creating individual financial strategies for estate planning, trust administration, and investment and tax planning. Vielhaber also has memberships in the Desert Estate Planning Council, Community Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council, University of California/Riverside Planned Giving Advisory Council, and serves as Director of La Quinta Country Club. Originally from Akron, OH where she attended Akron University, Vielhaber resides in La Quinta and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA),

Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit institution, inspires people to learn about the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians and other Native cultures. It keeps the Native spirit alive through exhibitions, collections, research, and educational programs. As a member of the prestigious Smithsonian Institution Affiliations Program, the Museum has access to the richness of the Smithsonian’s educational programs, cultural objects, and its world-acclaimed traveling exhibitions.
