Kamala Harris es la mayor amenaza a las libertades civiles que jamás haya visto nuestro país

5 de abril de 2016. Este es un idílico día de primavera en el sur de California. Mientras salía para sacar la basura de la cocina, doblé la esquina y pasé una gran camioneta blanca sin ventanas, de repente la puerta se abre y un tipo alto de uniforme sale con un trozo de papel en la mano y dice “¿Es usted David Deleiden?” Y me dice “Soy del Departamento de Justicia de California. Tenemos una orden de cateo para su casa”. Y me entrega la orden y pienso para mis adentros “Oh, Dios”, ya sabes lo que está pasando. ¿Qué sucederá a continuación?
Así que alrededor de 5 0 6 Agentes del Departamento de Justicia de California (DOJ) empezaron a pisotear mi apartamento, los otros cinco estaban parados en el césped de afuera. Algunos de ellos estaban armados con armas AR-15, algunos de ellos tenían perros policía (K-9) con ellos. iHabían venido por mí!
En 2013 comencé y orquesté un estudio de periodismo de investigación completo y de casi tres años, sobre el tráfico y la extracción de partes humanas de abortos tardíos. Hay multiples infracciones y múltiples problemas, los que rápidamente comienzas a conocer cuando los investigas, pero existe el problema básico de vender partes del cuerpo; entonces básicamente estás creando un sistema, creando transacciones, creando relaciones comerciales que incentivan la objetivación y la destrucción de seres humanos para mantener el negocio en marcha. Así que durante unos 30 meses estuvimos encubiertos con el propósito explícito de asociarnos con algunas de las clínicas de aborto de Planned Parenthood más grandes del país, para enviar a sus técnicos y recolectar partes del cuerpo de los abortos que se estaban haciendo ese día, luego empaquetar las partes y enviarlos a diferentes clientes en todo el país; a veces en todo el mundo.
En julio de 2015 comenzamos a lanzar la serie de videos encubiertos. Tenía la esperanza de que esto fuera algo que tal vez generaría cien mil visitas o algo así. En cambio, lo que sucedió fue aún más grande de lo que podía haber imaginado. En menos de una semana, tuvimos cerca de tres millones de visitas en YouTube del primer video, y varios comités del Congreso anunciaron que estaban iniciando investigaciones federales sobre la participación de Planned Parenthood en el tráfico y experimentación fetal, La verdad salió a la luz y las palabras del propio liderazgo de Planned Parenthood que describían la participación de su organización en estas actividades se volvieron virales y se publicitaron para que todo el mundo las viera.
Mirando hacia atrás a partir de la información que conocemos ahora, tú sabes, yo sabía que lo que estaba pasando era que Kamala Harris, siguiendo la instrucción explícita de la Planned Parenthood, se había dirigido a mí, y solo a mí, entre todos los recolectores de noticias en video encubierto en el estado de California para hacer cumplir la Ley de Grabación de Video de California en mi contra y castigarme por decir la verdad sobre sus poderosos donantes de Planned Parenthood a la campaña [política].

Creo que lo que la gente tiene que entender sobre organizaciones como Planned Parenthood y sobre sus partidarios políticos como Kamala Harris es que son desvergonzados! y harán lo que tengan que hacer para promover su agenda, dirán lo que sea que tengan que hacer y decir y no tienen miedo de usar todo el poder a su disposición para imponer su agenda.
Kamala Harris es la mayor amenaza para las Libertades Civiles de la Primera Enmienda que nuestro país haya visto. Si Kamala Harris es elegida para estar a un paso de la oficina más alta de los Estados Unidos de América, tendremos a alguien en la Casa Blanca que tiene un desprecio radical y una falta de respeto por las Libertades Civiles de la Primera Enmienda. Alguien que crea que tiene derecho a utilizar los poderes de su cargo para castigar los puntos de vista de los ciudadanos que no están de acuerdo con ella.

Kamala Harris is the single greatest threat to civil liberties that our country has ever seen

April 5th 2016. This is an idyllic southern California spring day. As I am walking out to take the kitchen garbage out, I turned around the corner and pass a big white windowless van, all of a sudden the door swings open and this tall uniform guys steps out with a piece of paper in his hand and says “Are you David Deleiden? “ And he says “I’m with the California department of justice. We have a search warrant for your home.” And he hands me the warrant and I think to myself “Oh gosh” you know what’s going to happen next.
So about 5 or 6 California D.O.J. Agents started stomping through my apartment, the other five of them standing in the lawn outside. Some of them were armed with AR-15’s, some of them had K-9 dogs with them. They had come for me!
In 2013 1 began and orchestrated an almost three year long and comprehensive investigative journalism study about the trafficking and harvesting of body parts from late-term abortions. There’s multiple violations and multiple issues that you very quickly start to learn about when you look into, but there’s the basic problem of selling body parts; so you are basically creating a system, creating transactions, creating business relationships that incentivize the objectification and the destruction of human beings in order to keep the business going . So for about 30 months we went undercover with the explicit purpose of partnering with some of the biggest Planned Parenthood abortion clinics in the country to send their technicians and harvest body parts from the abortions that were being done that day, then package up the parts and ship them off to different customers all around the country; sometimes all around the world.

In July of 2015 we began to release the undercover video series. I had been hoping that this was something that would maybe generate a hundred thousand views or something. Instead what happened was even bigger than I could have imagined. Within less than a week we had close to three million views on YouTube of the first video and multiple congressional committees announcing that they were launching federal investigations of Planned Parenthood’s involvement in fetal trafficking and fetal experimentation. The truth got out there, and the words of Planned Parenthood’s own leadership describing their organization’s participation in these activities went viral and were being publicized for the whole world to see.
Looking back on it from the information that we know now, you know, I know what was going
on was that Kamala Harris at the explicit instruction of planned parenthood, had targeted me,
and me alone among all under-covered video-news-gatherers in the state of California to
enforce the California video recording law against me and to punish me for speaking the truth
about her powerful campaign donors of planned parenthood.
What we’ve come to learn in the years since, just two weeks before serving the search warrant on my home, Kamala Harris had a secret meeting in Los Angeles with several top-level executives of Planned Parenthood in California. We then found out from the California DOJ investigator reports that planned parenthood’s top lawyer in California had specifically instructed the California DOJ agents that planned parenthood wanted the video equipment and the computers that I was using to publish the videos to be seized, in order to shut me up, in order to prevent me from continuing to publish the truth about planned parenthood’s involvement on fetal trafficking, and in order to punish me out with a message that was
disfavored by planned parenthood and by Kamala Harris in the state of California.
I think what people have to understand about organizations like planned parenthood and about and their political backers like Kamala Harris is that they are shameless and they will do whatever they have to do in order to promote their agenda, they’ll say whatever they have to say and they are not afraid to use every bit of power at their disposal to force their agenda through.
Kamala Harris is the single greatest threat to first amendment Civil Liberties that our country has ever seen. If Kamala Harris is elected to be a heartbeat away from the highest office in the United States of America, you will have someone in the White House who has a radical contempt and disrespect for First Amendment Civil Liberties. Someone, who believes that she is entitled to use the powers of her office, in order to punish the viewpoints of citizens who disagree with her.
