Escuela Implanta Incorrectamente un Dispositivo Anticonceptivo a una Adolescente de 16 Años

El estado de California otorga a nuestros hijos Derechos Sexuales y Reproductivos a los 12 años, junto con confidencialidad completa. Según la ley de California ellos pueden tomar decisiones medicas por sí mismos y hasta consentir a recibir vacunas de HPV, anticonceptivos, pruebas de embarazo, y de enfermedades venéreas y hasta abortos médicos y quirúrgicos sin consentimiento de los padres. Es bien sabido que se les permite salir de la escuela con esos propósitos si tienes 12 años o más.
¿Qué tan lejos pueden llegar nuestros legisladores con sus extralimitaciones anticonstitucionales? Bueno, según un reporte de abc 15, una madre de Baltimore “se enteró de que su hija de 16 años recibió un implante anticonceptivo en la escuela después de que la adolescente se comenzara a quejar de dolores de cabeza y dolor en el brazo. Nicole Lambert llevó a su hija a revisar con el pediatra. El doctor le notificó que el anticonceptivo para tres años, Nexplanon, había sido implantado de manera incorrecta en el brazo de su hija y necesitaba ser removido.”
¿Cuánto tiempo mas pasará hasta que esto comience a suceder en California? Exactamente ¿que son esos “Centros de Bienestar” dentro de algunas escuelas de California? ¿y qué tal los Planes Confidenciales de Genero y los Planes Individuales de Transición proporcionados como recursos para maestros en los currículos de ESI? ¿A quien se le responsabilizará si algo sale mal?
En el artículo, esta mama de Baltimore declara: “Yo de hecho fui a la escuela. How much farther can our legislators go with their unconstitutional overreach? Nicole Lambert sent her daughter to get checked out by a pediatrician. The doctor notified her that the three-year contraceptive, Nexplanon, had been improperly implanted in her daughter’s arm and it needed to be removed.”
How much longer until that starts happening in California? What exactly are those “Wellness Centers” inside of some California schools? What about the Confidential Gender Support and Individual Transitioning Plans provided as teacher resources in the CSE curriculums? Who will be made accountable if something goes wrong?
In the article, this Baltimore mom states: “I actually went to the school. I was furious. I was mad, so I went to the school and the nurse told me, ‘I don’t have to talk to you about absolutely nothing.’ I’m like that is my child, I take care of this child, you can talk to me about my child, and they put me out of the school,” said Lambert.”
