¡Deroguen Roe v. Wade!

Roe v. Wade, el aberrante caso jurídico que, en 1973, permitió el aborto en todos los Estados Unidos pende de un hilo. Después de casi cinco décadas y del genocidio barbárico, por su causa, de 61.628.584 seres humanos (hasta 2017) el Tribunal Supremo podría revertir una de las peores decisiones de su historia.
Roe v. Wade jamás tuvo consenso favorable. Su razonamiento jurídico fue rechazado por los académicos, inclusive por los “prochoice”. El experto Michael Stokes testificó: “No conozco a ningún erudito, juez, o abogado serio que intente defender el análisis de Roe en terreno textual o histórico”. Posteriormente, fue rechazado por los propios jueces que la sentenciaron afirmando que “ni entendían ni apoyaban el significado de lo que escribían”.
Esa sentencia contradijo la Constitución y la legislación federal que siempre protegió al no-nacido, y creó el falso derecho a matar. Muchos compararon el aborto con el holocausto y con las prácticas nazis. Ahora, el caso Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization puede y debe cambiarlo todo. Las mujeres lo demandan.
Fue una mujer, Terri Collins, quien presentó la legislación más restrictiva contra el aborto, “Ley de Protección de la Vida Humana de Alabama”, y fue otra mujer, la gobernadora de Alabama, Kay Ivey, quien aprobó la ley. Pero ellas no están solas. Miles de voces se han levantado frente al mayor mal de todos los tiempos.
Hoy un amplio 76% de estadounidenses opina que el aborto debería ser ilegal al menos en algunos casos. 12 gobernadores han pedido a la Corte Suprema eliminar las protecciones federales y permitir que los Estados regulen el aborto. 24 fiscales generales estatales apoyan a la procuradora general de Mississippi en su defensa de una ley que prohíba los abortos después de las 15 semanas. 300 legisladores en 35 estados apoyan un informe dirigido a la Corte Suprema donde se fundamenta que el aborto es una cuestión de derechos de los Estados. 70.000 iglesias afroamericanas e hispanas han presentado un escrito pidiendo a la Corte Suprema que revoque Roe v. Wade, porque el aborto legalizado es inconstitucional, viola el derecho a la vida y apoya la eugenesia racista. Y la organización “The Moral Outcry Petition” ha presentado 539.108 firmas pidiendo que se revoque Roe v. Wade. Este es el momento.
Al final, el aborto no es un tema de frías leyes: es un asunto de vidas humanas reales y vulnerables. ¡Deroguen Roe v. Wade!

 

 

Roe v. Wade, the aberrant legal case that, in 1973, allowed abortion in the entire United States is hanging by a thread. After almost five decades and the barbaric genocide of 61,628,584 human beings, because of it (until 2017) the Supreme Court could reverse one of the worst decisions in its history.
Roe v. Wade never had a favorable consensus. Its legal reasoning was rejected by academics, even by the “prochoice.” Expert Michael Stokes testified: “I do not know of any serious scholar, judge, or lawyer who attempts to defend Roe’s analysis on textual or historical grounds.” Later, it was rejected by the judges themselves who sentenced it stating that “they neither understood nor supported the meaning of what they wrote.”
That sentence contradicted the Constitution and federal legislation that always protected the unborn and created the false right to kill. Many compared abortion to the Holocaust and Nazi practices. Now, the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization can and should change everything. Women demand it.
It was a woman, Terri Collins, who introduced the most restrictive anti-abortion legislation, “Alabama’s Protection of Human Life Act,” and it was another woman, Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, who passed the law. But they are not alone. Thousands of voices have been raised in the face of the greatest evil of all time.
Today a large 76% of Americans believe that abortion should be illegal in at least some cases. 12 governors have asked the Supreme Court to remove federal protections and allow states to regulate abortion. 24 state attorney generals support the Mississippi attorney general in her defense of a law prohibiting abortions after 15 weeks. 300 legislators in 35 states support a report addressed to the Supreme Court where it is founded that abortion is a matter of state rights. 70,000 African American and Hispanic churches have filed a brief asking the Supreme Court to revoke Roe v. Wade, because legalized abortion is unconstitutional, violates the right to life and supports racist eugenics. And the organization “The Moral Outcry Petition” has submitted 539,108 signatures calling for Roe v. Wade. This is the moment.
In the end, abortion is not a matter of cold laws: it is a matter of real and vulnerable human lives. Repeal Roe v. Wade!
