Coachella’s first affordable senior housing apartments

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the Las Serenas Senior Apartments on 7th Street, Coachella, Wednesday of this week. The ribbon cutting marks the opening of Coachella’s first affordable senior housing apartments. The ceremonies were attended by Mayor Eduardo Garcia who cut the ribbon, council member Jessee Villarreal, City Officials and the Rancho Board Members. The owner developer of the project is the Ranch Housing Alliance, Inc., Blackstone Land & Dev., Inc are the contractors and the funding sources were the City of Coachella, Patrion Mortgage and Altura Credit Union.
