Cientos de Padres reunidos en el Capitolio se Manifestaron en Contra de la Ley AB329

Cientos de padres de todo California se reunieron en el Capitolio el 28 de marzo para protestar la Ley AB 329, la educación Sexual Integral, y el propuesto Marco de Referencia de Educación de Salud, el cual, si es aprobado, extendería la educación Sexual Integral, la Ideología de Genero, y el concepto de Genero Fluido, a los grados TK al 12.
La manifestación fue organizada por Informed Parents of California, un grupo compuesto por padres, abuelos, maestros, doctores, líderes de fe y de la comunidad alrededor del estado, y por el California Family Council. El Maestro de Ceremonias fue Phil Cowen, locutor radial. La lista de expositores incluyo al pastor Tim Thompson, fundador de la iglesia 412 Church Murrieta; el Senador Brian Jones, Republicano; Kira Davis, comentarista política, escritora, y cineasta; Jinah Yi, prominente figura Koreana, Directora del ministerio Infantil de Bethel Church en Irvine, fundadora de Protect the Next Generation, educadora sexual cristiana, y autora del libro Pureza; El Senador Mike Morrell, Republicano y autor de la propuesta de ley SB 673; America Figueroa, Vocera hispana de IPOC, envió un fuerte desafío a los hispanos y a las iglesias, y su hijo Samuel Figueroa, quien compartió que su escuela se rehusó a respetar la carta de “optar-fuera” sometida por sus padres; Mario Tucker, Director Estatal de Concerned Women of America; Kevin Snider, Chief Counsel de Pacific Justice Institute; Pastor Gheorghe Rosca, nacido en Romania bajo el régimen comunista de Nicolae Ceausescu, y pastor de una iglesia en Placentia, CA.; Susan, una madre preocupada del Condado de Placer, quien aboga a favor de la niñez desde que a su hija se le enseno sobre el transgenerismo en su salón de kínder, sin conocimiento de los padres; Denise Pursche, Autor-Ciudadana de la SB 673; Stephanie Yates & Aileen Blachowski, Cofundadoras de Informed Parents (IPOC); Jonathan Keller CEO del California Family Council.
Después de la manifestación, los asistentes marcharon al Depto. De Educación para hacer comentarios públicos sobre el Propuesto Marco de Referencia de Educación de Salud, y por 3 horas hablaron en contra del mismo pidiendo su rechazo. Estos presentaron evidencias y pruebas irrefutables del documento parcial, malicioso y hasta pornográfico; un psicólogo explico su preocupación sobre los efectos dañinos que este tendrá en los niños, pero solo tomo que Laura Kanter, una abogada LGBT y activista feminista, una representante del Planned Parenthood, una de Equality California, y un par de jóvenes transgénero, quienes además sirven como empleados de la legislatura, hicieran un total de 13 comentarios a favor del marco de referencia, para que el Comité de Educación desestimara los casi 300 comentarios públicos en contra, y decidieran continuar recomendando la adopción del documento.

Mandatory comprehensive sexual education in schools, and the proposed health education
framework for ca public schools TK12

Hundreds of parents from across California, gathered at the Capitol on March 28th to protest the AB 329 law, the new Comprehensive Sex Education curriculums, and the Proposed Health Education Framework, which, if approved, would extend Comprehensive Sex Education and the gender ideology to TK through 12th grade.
The rally was organized by Informed Parents of California, a grassroots group composed of parents, grandparents, teachers, doctors, faith and community leaders from across the State, and the California Family Council. The MC to the event was Phil Cowen, radio host. The list of speakers included Pastor Tim Thompson, founder of 412 Church Murrieta; Senator Brian Jones, Republican; Kira Davis, political commentator, writer and film maker; Jinah Yi, prominent Korean figure, Children’s Ministry Director for Bethel Church in Irvine, founder of Protect the Next Generation, Christian sex educator, and author of the book Purity; Senator Mike Morrell, Republican, and author of SB 673; America Figueroa, Hispanic spokesperson for IPOC, and her son Samuel Figueroa, who shared his experience when his school refused to honor the opt-out letter his parents had submitted; Mario Tucker, State Director for Concerned Women of America; Kevin Snider, Chief Counsel for the Pacific Justice Institute; Pastor Gheorghe Rosca, born in Romania under the communist regime of Nicolae Ceausescu, and pastor of a church in Placentia, CA.; Susan, a concerned mother From Placer County, who became vocal advocate for children after her daughter was taught about transgenderism in her kindergarten classroom, without parental knowledge; Denise Pursche, Citizen-Author of SB 673; Stephanie Yates & Aileen Blachowski, Co-founders of Informed Parents; Jonathan Keller CEO at California Family Council.
After the rally, the attendees walked to the Dept of Education building for public comment on the Proposed Health Education Framework, and for about 3 hours, several people spoke against the framework, asking for its rejection. They presented factual and irrefutable proof of the biased, malicious, and even pornographic document; a psychologist explained his concerns on the harmful effects it will have on young children, but it only took for Laura Kanter, an LGBT lawyer and feminist activist, a Planned Parenthood representative, a representative from Equality California, and a couple of transgender youth who also serve as employees of the legislation,  making a total of about 13 people in favor of the framework, for the Education Committee to dismiss the almost 300 comments against it, and decided to move forward and recommend the adoption of the framework.
