
CATHEDRAL CITY PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS JEANDRON FOR ASSEMBLY

Line Up Behind Jeandron
Chief Gary Jeandron announced today the endorsement of the Cathedral City Professional Firefighters Association (CCPFA) in his campaign for Assembly.
Citing his “life-long commitment” to the citizens of Coachella Valley, the Association’s board voted unanimously to endorse Jeandron. The CCPFA emphasized Jeandron’s experience as Police Chief and praised his commitment to the entire Coachella Valley.
The CCPFA joins the many public safety organizations that have formally announced their support of Jeandron’s candidacy, including numerous Police Officers Associations, the Riverside Sheriffs’ Association and Palm Springs Fire Safety Unit Local 3601.
Gary Jeandron is vying for the seat to be vacated by termed-out Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia. The 80th Assembly District includes the cities of Indio, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, El Centro, Calexico, La Quinta, Coachella, Brawley, Desert Hot Springs, Blythe, Imperial, Calipatria, Holtville, and Westmorland.
Jeandron’s years of public service include being Police Chief of Palm Springs as well as serving as a member of the School Board for the Palm Springs Unified School District. Jeandron is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and currently resides in Palm Springs with his wife, Vicki.
