CA Legislature Does Not Represent Californians At All

Throughout the last years, California legislature has proven to be a failure and not represent Californians. With people leaving the State every day, and business closing due to the high taxes imposed by the government to hard-working people trying to live the American dream. These are just some of the bills recently passed and signed into law.
These laws have passed Legislature and have been signed into Law by Governor Newsom:
ACR 99–It is now the official position of the State Legislature and the State of California that “religious groups” are at fault for “disproportionately high rates of suicide, attempted suicide, depression, rejection, and isolation amongst LGBT [lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender] and questioning individuals.” (Does NOT need Governor’s Signature)
SB 276 & SB 714 – Eliminates parents’ rights to obtain a medical exemption from their child’s doctor to not receive certain vaccinations. Students with current medical exemptions would only be able to continue school until they reach the next “grade span.” In order to be promoted to the next “grade span” the child will be forced to be vaccinated.
SB 419 – It will now be prohibited for school districts and school principals from suspending or expelling any student who continually disrupt school activities and willfully defy orders from a teacher or other school official in authority. This new law applies to grades K-8.
The following bills have passed both the State Senate and Assembly and are now on the Governor’s desk waiting to be signed or vetoed:
AB 262 – Health officials can deem any potential illness an outbreak and threat to public safety and then have the authority to force adults and children to be vaccinated and removed from their homes, children could be sent to quarantined areas, etc.,
AB624–It would require school districts in grades 7-12 grades, to print the telephone number of a pro-abortion group, like Planned Parenthood, on every student’s school ID card.
SB 24–This would require college campuses to offer the abortion pill at no cost in all of California’s UC and Cal State campuses and does not require a licensed physician to be on hand in the event something happens.
Contact Governor Gavin Newsom and ask that he VETO SB 24, AB 175, AB 493, AB 262 and AB 624. https://govapps.gov.ca.gov/gov40mail/

 

En los ultimos años, la legilsatura de California ha compriobado ser un fracas y no representar al pueblo Californiano. Con genete abandonando el estado todos los dias y negocios siendo clausurados por los impuestos excesivos sobre la gente trabajadora intentando vivir el sueño Americano. Estas son solo unas de la leyes recien firmadas.
Estas leyes fueron aprobadas por los Legisladores y el Gobernador Newsom las ha firmado como Ley:
ACR 99–Es ahora la posición official de la Legislatura Estatal de California que los “grupos religiosos” son culpables de los “indices desproporcionadamente elevados de suicidio, intent de suicidio, depression, rechazo, y aislamiento entre individuos LGBT” (No require firma del gobernador)
SB 276 & SB 714 – Elimina el derecho de los padres a obtener excepciones medicas para que sus hijos no reciban ciertas vacunas. Los estudiantes con excepciones actuals solo podran concluir el ciclo escolar en curso y deberan ser vacunados si desean pasar de grado.
SB 419 – Prohibe a los distritos escolares y directores suspender o expulsar a estudiantes que interrumpan las actividades escolares continuamente o desafien abiertamente a los maestros u oficiales escolares. Esta ley aplica para los grados K-8.
Estas leyes fueron aprobadas por e Senado y la Asamblea, y esperan para ser firmadas o vetadas por el gobernador:
AB 262 – Oficiales de Salud pueden declarer una enfermedad potencial como amenaza publica y obligor a adultos y niños a ser vacunados y removidos de sus hogares y enviados a centros de cuarentena, etc.,
AB624–Requeriria que los distritos escolares en grados 7-12 impriman el numero de algun grupo pro aborto como Planned Parenthood, en la cartilla de identificación de cada alumno.
SB 24–Esto requeriria a colegios y universidades a ofrecer la pildora abortive sin costo y no require que haya un medico en la escuela por si algo pasa.
