Bonnie Garcia is the Best Choice for 28th Senate District

Garcia has always had the reputation of telling us the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Many politicians do not like that and find ways to restate her consensus building ability.
In education, Garcia is endorsed by EdVoice, with over 50,000 parents, community leaders, educators and philanthropists . EdVoice is the state’s leading advocate for improving public education and California schools.
In business , Betty Jo Toccoli, President of the California Small Business Association, says “Bonnie Garcia is great for small business and will defend Prop 13”. Prop 13 keeps taxes from skyrocketing and is constantly being challenged.
In law enforcement Garcia is endorsed by the California Police Chiefs Association, the California Correctional Peace Officers Association , the Peace Officers Association, Crime Victims United and the National Nonpartisan Latino Peace Officers Association for Law and Order. She is also supported by the California’s State Firefighters Association and California Professional Firefighters.
Bonnie Garcia is endorsed by hundreds of community leaders local and statewide including Marc Klaas, Father of Polly Klaas and Lew Uhler, President, National Tax Limitations Committee.
Bonnie has long been active within the newly formed 28th Senate District. As the former State Assemblywoman representing the Coachella and Imperial Valley, she earned her reputation of being a go getter and keeping politicians honest. Garcia has always had the district she represents as a top priority in Sacramento and is always found where the action is. There are no days off for Bonnie, a constant whirlwind of activity, she is the most energetic, and would make the most knowledgeable representative for the 28th. Her experience from local government, 10 years, the State Assembly, 6 years, and State Government, 4 years, gives her the state level knowledge her opponent simply does not have. She also managed a state agency with a $100 million budget and 700 employees for 4 years. She has taught at the university level and is the only candidate with public employee experience.
As a State Senator we can expect Bonnie Garcia to continue to work for efficiency within state government, fight higher taxes that hurt hard working families and small business. Garcia will work to provide incentives for employers to locate in California and to create jobs.
On November 4th, consider Bonnie Garcia as the best candidate for the 28th Senate District.
