“Art In The Square”

The Public Arts and Historic Preservation Commission proudly announce the 4th Annual Two-Day “Art In The Square” Event (Art Day) that is going to be held on February 22 and 23, 2012, from 9 am to 4 pm. The Event location is on the sidewalk between the City Hall and Library. The Sub-Committee for the Event would like to have an early press release providing information to the press for adequate advertisement and related news articles for the local and surrounding community.
The Event will starts with creative chalk art by professional artists followed by various school students of all ages. The Event is open to public and the Art Commission encourages and welcomes anyone who would like to participate in this two-day Event. The City is going to provide all necessary materials for the participants. The goal of the Event is to promote appreciation of art, especially the younger generation.
