Año tras Año, la Tiendita de Navidad Del Valle de Coachella Trae Bendición y Felicidad a miles de familias

Con la sonrisa que la caracteriza, Diana atiende a familias Del Valle de Coachella por el 16vo año consecutivo.
Cada año, el Ministerio la Puerta Angista trae esperanza, gozo, y paz a niños y familias a través Del Valle. Cuando llegan las familias previamente registradas entran a la tiendita, son recibidas por un “Comprador Personal” quien los lleva a su primera parada, tomarse la foto familiar con Santa. Su segunda parada es a la guardería, donde los niños hacen manualidades y cantan coros navideños. Después de que dejan a sus niños, los papás van y “compran” los regalos Navideños de sus niños. Hay varios cuartos separados por edades, llenos de regalos y los padres pueden escoger uno o dos regalos por Niño. Luego, un “corredor” lleva los regalos a envolver mientras a los papás se les ofrece orar por ellos. Cuando los regalos están listos, recogen a los niños de la guardería y toda la familia es dirigida a la cocina, en donde reciben una caja que contiene la cena de navidad. Enseguida el comprador personal les desea feliz navidad con un caluroso abrazo, mientras un voluntario de cocina los encamina a su automóvil y les ayuda a poner la comida y regalos en la cajuela.
Cientos de familias, ministerios de jóvenes, y otros voluntarios, dedican una semana de su tiempo para servir en la Tiendita de Navidad.
Dave Ramirez, lider de la Puerta Angosta, trabaja diligentemente durante todo el año, proporcionando alimentos a familias en necesidad. With the smile that characterized her, Diana tends to families in the Coachella Valley for the 16th consecutive year.
Every year, the Narrow Door Ministry brings hope, Joy, and peace to children and families across the valley. As pre-registered families enter the shop, they are welcomed by a “Personal Shopper” who takes them to the first stop to have their family picture taken with Santa. Their second stop is to drop off the children at daycare where they make crafts and sing Christmas songs. After the children are left with in daycare, the parents are then taken to “shop” for their children’s Christmas presents. Several rooms are filled with presents and sorted by age, and parents are free to pick a toy or two for each child. After the presents are picked, a “runner,” takes them for wrapping while the parents are offered prayer; after that, if the presents are all wrapped, the parents pick up their children from daycare and are led to the kitchen where they receive a box other their Christmas dinner in it. After that, the personal shopper wishes them a warm Merry Christmas and sends them on their way, as the kitchen volunteer walks them out to their car and places their stuff in the trunk.
Hundreds of families, youth ministries, and other volunteers dedicate a week of their time and eagerly look forward to serving families at the CV Christmas Store.
